A native of Wilson, Holly graduated from Greenfield School in 1991. She returned to Wilson in 1997 after earning a degree in Business Administration from Meredith College in Raleigh. Since returning, she has had two children, worked as a pre-school teacher at First Presbyterian Church and earned her real estate broker's license. She is an active member of First Presbyterian Church and spends her time with her children, volunteering at church and at her children's schools.
